Bleh,

Note to self, leaving antihystamenes by computer and not taking them in the morning is a bad idea.

My eyes feel like I've been stareing at a CRT for 12 hours.

I've had suggestions of herbal type stuff to try, unfortunately this requires having the relevant herbs to start with.

Out of the list I gave you, Eyebright (euphrasia officinalis) is probably going to be your best bet. You need 1 tsp to each cup of boiling water. Just make it like it was tea. You drink it 3 times a day. You should also use some of the tea (after it has cooled) to rinse your eyes, and also as nose drops with a tiny bit of salt added.

You can buy eyebright in Neals Yard Remedies. There's one in Bath. The loose herbs cost £1.25 for 25g. If they ask, its the aerial parts you want. I doubt they'd offer any other bit though.

If you go up the highstreet, on your right, just after the corridor (where tie rack is), there is a lane. Neal's yard is down there on the right. The corridor is opposite whsmiths, I think. Its not that far from the cadbury cafe.
