I guess its just not tuned to mass-mailer worms, it makes sense: scan mail; has_virus? return mail:deliver mail.

Its not really from mcafee its just by mcaffee :)
Take a look at the From field, it claims to be from <postmaster@mcafee.com> surely they wouldn't set it up to mail out as mcafee if they didn't own that server....
